TCPA TSS Core Service is the service name of the process ifxtcs.exe, which is basically a type of executable (EXE) file, and is a part of the program Infineon TPM Software, or Infineon TPM Professional, or Infineon TPM Professional Package, or Trusted Platform Core Service, or HP Embedded Security, or Embedded Security for HP ProtectTools, or Embedded Security for HP, which is created by Infineon Technologies AG. Infineon TPM Software, in which TPM stands for Trusted Platform Module, which is a type of protected and encapsulated micro-controller security chip that is used to protect and defend internal data structures, which are good block against real intelligent attacks, and is able to ensure data, such as password, keys, and digital certificates. As a part of the software, ifxtcs.exe is an essential component that needs to run in the background, and must not be deleted, since it is digitally signed (Infineon Technologies AG - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer).

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ifxtcs.exe. is used by Infineon TPM Software, If you shut down ifxtcs.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ifxtcs.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Infineon TPM Software, from your system.
