Security Platform Management Service is the process name of the file termed ifxspmgt.exe, and a component of the program Trusted Platform Module(TPM) of Infineon Security Platform, also known as Infineon TPM Professional, or Infineon TPM Software, or HP Embedded Security for HP ProtectTools, or Embedded Security for HP ProtectTools, or Embedded Security for HP, which is developed by Infineon Technologies AG. Trusted Platform Module or TPM of Infineon Security Platform is a program bundled on most leading brands of laptops and notebooks, which include HP, ASUS, Sony, and Acer. This kind of software is used to enable a laptop or netbook, even PC computers, to run different applications installed on the system with more security. The ifxspmgt.exe file is a Windows process that runs in the background, most especially during the startup of the computer, and functions on the system. Because of its essential role that completes the software, ifxspmgt.exe is a file that must remain stored and running on the computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ifxspmgt.exe. is used by Infineon TPM Professional or Infineon TPM Software or HP Embedded Security for or Embedded Security for HP ProtectTools or Embedded Security for HP, If you shut down ifxspmgt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
