The file idd.exe, known as iDailyDiary, belongs to software iDailyDiary. This software enables users to create a diary through a simple interface for taking daily notes, writing ideas and memos, creating a journal, and recording other important information. It has a richtext editor that allows users to insert graphics, hypertext links and links to other diary pages, and URLs. The iDailyDiary is password protected, and the contents can be encrypted to ensure security and confidentiality. The main page of the diary strongly resembles a word processor with selectable toolbars for cutting and pasting, navigation, searching, bullets, fonts, and other text effects. It features a calendar bar that runs along the bottom of the page, which allows users to highlight entries in colors for quick visual reference. The handy navigation arrow can be used to browse through weeks, months, and years of entries, or return to the current day's entry. The iDailyDiary is freeware, with an upgraded professional version that contains additional features like thesaurus, sticky notes, and spell checker.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. idd.exe. is used by iDailyDiary, If you shut down idd.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop idd.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is iDailyDiary, from your system.
