The iagent2.exe process is an executable component file of the firmware utilities and device driver tools that are distributed with Iriver Plus agent of the Iriver Plus software, a digital media player program for the computer systems in Microsoft Windows platform. The EXE component iagent2.exe is designed to browse, sort and transfer music, image, video and text documents on to the Iriver devices. The Iriver Plus features include track order display support to album for device with firmware, additional feature on the Album and Music ID, additional feature on the tag batch, an altered file transfer method for creating artist folder in the device before transfer, and fixes in bugs and incorrect genre insertion during file addition in the file library. The iagent2.exe process is integrated into the Windows-based operating system upon the installation of the Iriver Plus agent firmware resources and driver utilities, which also results to the iagent2.exe file as one of the EXE component processes among other component files.
