The iadmin.exe process is an executable file component file of the Intelli Admin Remote Control Server by the Intelli Admin Server software, which allows users to remotely manage computer in any area locations and acts as the central point of communication for all remote computer servers and viewers. The Intelli Admin Server software works in two ways, as a server and as a client where a server is readily installed into the machine or machine user’s want to control while a client is used to connect and monitor the remote machines. The EXE component iadmin.exe cploader.exe file and the other file processes and resource components of the Intelli Admin Remote Control Server are placed in the system upon the installation of the Intelli Admin client machine and private server. The iadmin.exe process helps the IntelliAdmin Remote Control Server in loading its resource libraries and files that are used for server to be pushed to the remote machine for the users with windows administrator access to any remote machine and LAN.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. iadmin.exe. is used by Intelli Admin Remote Control Server, If you shut down iadmin.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop iadmin.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Intelli Admin Remote Control Server, from your system.
