The file goboingo.exe, known as Go Boingo, belongs to software GoBoingo by Boingo Wireless, which is a company headquartered in Los Angeles that provides global Wi-Fi services. It provides Wi-Fi services to hotels, airports, cafes and coffee shops, and offers six different Wi-Fi access plans that offers worldwide access or regional access for customers in North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The company provides prepaid credits for customers travelling outside their service plan area, and the pay as you go plan. The process GoBoingo is software that enables the user to access Wi-Fi services from Boingo that relates to the application Boingo AsYouGo, which is a pay as you go Wi-Fi plan. This plan enables the user to get fast Wi-Fi access for twenty-four hours in one location on one laptop, smartphone, or e-reader. Connecting in subsequent locations or with additional devices will result in an extra charge per location and device.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. goboingo.exe. is used by GoBoingo, If you shut down goboingo.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
