The frw1.tmp file is the process frw1.tmp that is used by the application System Alert Popup. This is not a visible program. The frw1.tmp file can record inputs. It is a non-system process on Windows. It is not a core file for Windows that means it is not required for the operating system to run. A temporary directory or temporary folder holds temporary files. Some programs and several operating systems delete the contents of a temporary directory automatically upon boot up or during regular intervals. This is to reduce the amount of space used in a storage [usually a disk drive]. It is ideal for every user to have his or her own temporary directory due to history of vulnerability in terms of security with temporary files caused by race conditions or incorrect file permissions of some programs.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. frw1.tmp. is used by System Alert Popup, If you shut down frw1.tmp, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop frw1.tmp, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is System Alert Popup, from your system.
