The folderfon_lub.dll file is the process called FolderFon lib explorer that is part of the application FolderFon created by AleXStam or Alex Stambersky. A dynamic link library or DLL file has functions that can be applied to various programs. It can inject itself into other applications to alter or control their behavior. FolderFon is a free software that works on Windows 95, 98/ME, NT/2000, XP, 2003, Vista and 7. It creates a visual design folder. It replaces the white background of Windows folder. The image can be a color chosen from the palette or a GIF, BMP or JPG image that you can choose from your own picture or graphics file. You can also configure the font color and folder color to highlight it.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. folderfon_lub.dll. is used by FolderFon, If you shut down folderfon_lub.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop folderfon_lub.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is FolderFon, from your system.
