What is findexer.dll
The findexer.dll file is the process called FindeXer that is used by the application FindeXer developed by A Part of the LessCliX Suite by Alianyn from tomseffect.com. Locations for this DLL file include the C:\Program Files subfolder, C:\Windows subfolder, My Files folder, C:\Windows\System32 folder, C:\ subfolder or C:\Program Files folder. Known sizes for this file include 185,856 bytes and 142,848 bytes with 77% occurrence. This DLL file is a BHO or browser helper object that automatically operates when you run the Internet browser. Personal firewalls often do not block BHO activities because the firewall recognizes the BHO as the browser itself. This BHO has the unique ID F880A4A8-C436-4AC4-AFD1-AA0BDC9552DD. This is not a visible program. The findexer.dll file monitors or changes the behavior of Internet Explorer. This process automatically starts on Explorer bars, Explorer BHOs and Shell Approved Extensions. FindeXer is a software that allows you to customize the Places bar of Windows File Explorer. It places the Customizable Bar on the left side of Explorer window with the Folders/Info View Pane. This bar contains shortcuts to anything on the computer such as special objects [example, Control Panel, My Computer, etc.], directories and files.
