E_s40rp7.exe monitors the printing job status, spooled print job to the printer, remaining ink or toner level amount, paper requirement, print and printer settings, and printer functionality. A system try icon is provided upon installation of this software, with a graphical user interface called Epson Easy Photo Print. The Epson Status Monitor 3 program does not run printing services on remote desktop connection. The Epson Status Monitor 3 process provides information on the over-all status of the printer hardware, software settings, job statuses, as well as information about the program developers. It provides user a control on the machine’s services and functional life, as well as the devices connected with it.
