The executable process file dvzincmsgr.exe (version 6.0.1.723) is connected with Documents To Go that is defined as a document management solution for Palm OS and Symbian that created by the company DataViz Incorporated. The process file is also identified as DataViz Update Checker that is part the software DataViz Common Component, CS881x and MTM 80x Driver (Acoustica Effects Pack or Auto), Documents To Go, Jasc Update, OIN, Treasure of the Incas or Policy Maker Registry that considers itself as an autoupdate for Palm applications Documents To Go. The process file is also regarded as an optional communication program for “Documents To Go” that can be uninstalled from the DTG preferences. The process file can occupy a large amount of CPU space just to run in the background if there is no Internet connection with a size on Windows 7/XP of 28,672 bytes (70% of all incidences) or 24,576 bytes. Upon startup of Windows, the program begins with the Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft Windows\Current Version\Explorer\User Shell Folders or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\Current Version\Explorer\User Shell Folders.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dvzincmsgr.exe. is used by DataViz Update Checker, If you shut down dvzincmsgr.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dvzincmsgr.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is DataViz Update Checker, from your system.
