What is  dvdlauncher.exe

The dvdlauncher.exe file is related to the Cyberlink PowerCinema software. The file may be installed manually, but for most users, they already found the file installed on their units, upon purchase. The typical file path is C:\Program Files\Cyberlink\PowerDVD\dvdlauncher.exe. The process executed with the file is known as Cybelink PowerCinema Resident Program. Its average file size is 56 KB. The process is mainly responsible for the system being able to read your DVDs and allowing these to run when inserted through the internal or external DVD device. Users who do not usually watch DVDs prefer to disable the file to save up on disk space, and because it is a non-system file, disabling it should not cause errors or issues with your computer system.
