The dl.exe process is a type of an executable file, and a Windows file, which is associated with Weather Watcher Downloader, a weather program that is made by one of Mike Singer’s Creations. This software is exclusively made to provide updates and information about weather directly on the user’s computer. It has many features that allow a user to search weather updates by entering a zip code or a city. Any result in details is displayed in a few seconds. Weather information displayed by this program includes daily forecasts, current temperature, wind speed, humidity, barometric pressure, moon phases, as well as highs and lows. A user can also add more than one location on the system tray icon, customize skins and wallpaper, and create a list of keywords that he or she can filter for some weather updates and alerts. All these functions or features are enabled if all the components of the Weather Watcher Downloader are present. Thus, the file dl.exe is essential to be running in the background.
