The file dinst.exe is classified as a downloader that is related to Downloader.W32.Intexp.d. The process dinst.exe usually comes bundled with a virus or spyware and its main role is to download other viruses and spyware into the computer. The downloader installs new versions of malicious programs into the computer including other trojans and adware. Once these programs are installed in the system, they are launched or included in a list of programs, which will run automatically when the operating system boots up.
