The process dh.dll, known appears to be part of software Deskwizz, which is an adware application that displays popups. This adware updates itself from a pre-set Web page, and incessantly adds large advertisements on websites that the user visits. Deskwizz is a malignant trojan downloader infection that downloads and installs renegade applications without the user's knowledge and consent. It is known to download adware, spyware from various servers and sources on the Internet. Common behaviors exhibited by Deskwizz include hosting file modification that may block access to security websites, compromising Safe Boot registry key(s) in attempts to disable the safe Mode, and creating a start-up registry entry. This trojan adware must be removed immediately from the system to stop malware activities and remove security risks that could damage the computer. A reliable and legitimate anti-spyware application can remove Trojan Deskwizz and all its components from the infected computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dh.dll. is used by Deskwizz, If you shut down dh.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dh.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Deskwizz, from your system.
