The dellwmgr.exe file is the executable dispatcher process of the Dell Webcam Manager program, which is an applet that is packaged with the firmware and driver software resources of compatible devices from Creative Technology. The dellwmgr.exe file is usually stored in a sub directory of the Program Files folder in the system partition, and the content of the dellwmgr.exe is encoded with data compression standards and program logic compilation specifications normally implemented for files stored in the EXE format. The content of the dellwmgr.exe file includes sequential lines of commands, application directives and modular resource instructions that are required to initialize other program files, modular system resources and application-specific modules needed by the Dell Webcam Manager software to load and perform its intended operations.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dellwmgr.exe. is used by Dell Webcam Manager, If you shut down dellwmgr.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dellwmgr.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Dell Webcam Manager, from your system.
