What is  dadtray.exe

The dadtray.exe file is known as the DadTray MFC application, and this file serves as the executable dispatcher process of the Dell AccessDirect tray applet that is embedded in the Dell AccessDirect software. Also called the Dell AccessDirect tray process, the dadtray.exe file contains codes, application instructions and resource directives that are implemented for certain features integrated into the Dell AccessDirect software. Specifically, the features of Dell AccessDirect that are associated with the dadtray.exe process include the Windows System Tray synchronization functionalities of the Dell AccessDirect software. This means when a user accesses the functionalities of the Dell AccessDirect software through the icon in the System Tray of the Windows desktop, the dadtray.exe file is activated, which in turn initializes other program files, application-specific modules and other modular system resources required by the Dell AccessDirect software to carry out the requested functions of the user.
