The cyberclient.exe process is an executable component file of the CyberBilling software, which is a Windows program distributed by CaesarSOFT as a network monitoring and management tool for Internet gaming shops and cafes. The CyberBilling software can be used by system and network administrators to deploy client monitoring functionalities and time-based billing processes into Windows-based client computers that are locally connected to the network, and to implement data security protocols and user group policies into each client system for added network management features. The real time client monitoring functionalities of the CyberBilling software are deployed across the client systems of the network with the assistance of the cyberclient.exe process, which is integrated into the system upon the installation and configuration of the CyberBilling software as the executable program dispatcher file of the CyberBilling Client application. This is a small program built into the CyberBilling software that aids in the integration of its real time client monitoring and network management functionalities into the Windows-based client computers of the network. The cyberclient.exe process is activated upon client system startup as a background process whenever the CyberBilling software is actively deployed across the client computers of the network.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cyberclient.exe. is used by CaesarSOFT CyberBilling and CyberBilling Client Application, If you shut down cyberclient.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cyberclient.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is CaesarSOFT CyberBilling and CyberBilling Client Application, from your system.
