The process runs with startup, but can be disabled if the computer does not need to access iSeries servers. The process is more for the use of Systems Administrators, for data management especially data transfers and retrieval to and from server to PC. The process likewise enables Administrators to access system files, as well as devices connected to a network through the iSeries server. Administrators find no security threat issues with the file.
