The cpuleveluphelp.exe process is an executable file implemented as a component of AI Suite, which is an application bundled with some ASUS motherboards as an Overclocking utility. Even without accessing the BIOS, the AI Suite software enables the user to perform overclocking configurations through OC Profile presets that are available in Windows. The cpuleveluphelp.exe file also works with the other program files and system drivers of ASUS GPU Tweak, which is an application included in the AI Suite software that allows users to easily adjust the motherboard's clock speed, fan and voltage. The user can also choose from standard to advanced modes provided by ASUS GPU Tweak, depending on the user’s level of experience. The cpuleveluphelp.exe process and the AI Suite program can be used to improve the overall performance of the motherboard and its components, and these motherboard resources are implemented with compatibility support for widely used versions of Microsoft Windows.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cpuleveluphelp.exe. is used by ASUS AI Suite, If you shut down cpuleveluphelp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cpuleveluphelp.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is ASUS AI Suite, from your system.
