The coolbho.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that has been flagged by the system security tools of many users as a modular component of a possible malicious program associated with the LetsCool BHO (Browser Helper Object) software, which is a Windows program designed with a set of features for covertly implementing its installation procedures into unprotected Windows-based computers with missing OS security certificates, outdated Web browsers and an unsecured Windows System Registry. These users also claim that the coolbho.dll module and its associated malware are capable of integrating automatic wallpaper configuration functionalities into the Windows-based computer, in order to switch wallpapers at random intervals without user consent. The same users also state that the coolbho.dll module and the other component files of this malware cannot be easily uninstalled, deleted or removed from the system through the Add/Remove Programs applet of the Windows Control Panel or via Windows Explorer.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. coolbho.dll. is used by LetsCool BHO (Browser Helper Object), If you shut down coolbho.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop coolbho.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is LetsCool BHO (Browser Helper Object), from your system.
