The connectionmonitor.exe file is an executable component process of the ConnectionMonitor software, which is a Windows program classified as an Internet connection management tool that was developed by SteelBytes for allowing users to monitor their Internet connection service by automatically pinging host servers at regular timed intervals and recording the results in log files.
