Norton Security Suite is a type of software that protects the computer from malicious threats, like viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, and malware, while Norton Confidential is an application that is used to encrypt passwords online, as well as to scan phishing websites. Whichever of these software products is installed onto the program, this digitally signed file from Symantec Corporation - Symantec Time Stamping Services Signer - G3 is essential to run in the background. It must not be stopped or terminated, to enable its function within the security software, and to make sure it is properly working on the system.
