The clntmgmt.sys file is described as a driver file, known as the product Client Management Device Driver, from Compaq Computer Corporation. The clntmgmt.sys process has access to the internal processes of the Operating System, the hardware and other applications, and plays an important role in enabling a connection to be established between the computer and the hardware or to other connected devices. The program runs as a background service, and, on the whole, is considered safe in the processes or files it is located, where it is a key element in order for these programs to function properly and correctly.
