The clipinc-server.exe process is an EXE program component of the Tobit ClipInc software, which is a Windows application classified as a video and music stream player and multimedia recording and playback tool that was developed with a set of features for listening to audio streams from Internet radio stations, for watching video streams and podcasts from video portals and Internet TV channels, and for selecting audio and video clips of these music and video streams that can be recorded and saved in various file formats supported by the built-in audio and video codecs of the Tobit ClipInc software and the Windows-based system. The clipinc-server.exe process is specifically deployed into the system upon the installation of the Tobit ClipInc software to assist the components of this program in integrating its embedded server communication protocols into the Windows-based computer, in order to stream music and video content from the Web servers of participating video portals and Internet radio channels included in Tobit ClipInc's content provider list. The clipinc-server.exe file is included as one of the executable component processes bundled with other resource files and modules that are packaged into the installer distributions of the Tobit ClipInc software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. clipinc-server.exe. is used by Tobit ClipInc, If you shut down clipinc-server.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop clipinc-server.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Tobit ClipInc, from your system.
