What is  chservice.exe

The chservice.exe file is an EXE application process deployed into the system by the Novatix Cyberhawk software, which has been replaced by the name ThreatFire as of this writing. The Novatix CyberHawk program is a Windows application classified as a system security tool that is implemented with a set of features for monitoring and detecting viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware applications, backdoor rootkits and other malicious programs, in order to protect the system against possible hacker attacks, system stability issues, data security risks, user privacy threats, data loss and corruption that may be caused by these malware items. The chservice.exe process is specifically used by the Novatix Cyberhawk software as the executable program dispatcher file of the Cyberhawk Service application, which is a small program built into the Novatix Cyberhawk software. The Cyberhawk Service application assists in the implementation of the real time system monitoring and threat detection functionalities of the Novatix Cyberhawk software into the system by operating as a background process while the Novatix Cyberhawk program is actively running in the system. The chservice.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Novatix Cyberhawk software.

How can I stop chservice.exe and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. chservice.exe. is used by Novatix Cyberhawk (now ThreatFire) and Cyberhawk Service Application, If you shut down chservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop chservice.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Novatix Cyberhawk (now ThreatFire) and Cyberhawk Service Application, from your system.
