The chargedbyclipinc.dll file is specifically deployed into the system as the ChargedByClipInc Hook DLL module, which is a component library referenced by the Tobit ClipInc software whenever it needs to implement some of its embedded Internet radio stream playback, recording and audio clip selection functionalities into the Windows-based system.
