This is because the cfdotnetsvc.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the Adobe ColdFusion v9 Integration Service application, which is a small program built into the Adobe ColdFusion v9 software. The cfdotnetsvc.exe process operates as a background process whenever the Adobe ColdFusion v9 program is actively running in the system. Adobe Systems embedded a set of tools into the Adobe ColdFusion v9 software that can be used by developers to create, test and debug Web-based applications and various Web page elements with interactive multimedia features.
