The process cdauto.exe is a part of the TweakNow PowerPack, created by CV TweakNow. This PowerPack consists of a large number of utilities which aims to personalize your computers features. It is an encompassing suite which contains features and tweaks for the user’s operating system and even the Web browser. It is compatible to Windows programs, from Windows 2000 and it also offers support for Windows 8. It also has a Registry Cleaner function, to ensure optimum performance even with multiple tweaks. TweakNow also boasts of exclusive features, bundled under a program called Windows Secrets. Windows Secrets unlocks more than a hundred previously hidden settings. This allows the user to configure and personalize their desktop settings. It can match the user’s moods and working needs, which they can modify as often as they want. PowerPack also provides a complete real time overview so users can monitor their system modifications.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cdauto.exe. is used by TweakNow PowerPack, If you shut down cdauto.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cdauto.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TweakNow PowerPack, from your system.
