It contains the code of Addictive Technologies along with all original FavoriteMan files. FavoriteMan is a BHO or browser helper object on Internet Explorer. It functions by adding entries to the favorites of your Internet browser. It can also access your desktop and can install third party programs and unsolicited commercial software. It connects to yourspecialoffers.com Website wherein the command files on the site will command it to add entries to the Favorites menu on Internet Explorer. It will also try to look for your E-mail address on Outlook Express or Outlook and then send it upon first use. It does not send URL logs of sites browsed.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. atpartners.dll. is used by FavoriteMan Spyware, If you shut down atpartners.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
