The atitray.sys process belongs to ATI Tray Tools, which is a tweaker for Radeon. The program is developed by Ray Adams for instant access for different options and settings for Radeon graphics products. The process atitray.sys is running as a Windows driver which allows communication between Windows XP/7 operating systems and hardware connected to it. The process enables the user to configure Radeon graphics products according to the settings and options defined. The process can be enabled or disabled from the Services. The user may also have the option to completely remove the process by uninstalling ATI Tray Tools through the Control Panel.
