The MorphoLogic is a Hungarian private Research & Development company which partners with research entities to conduct basic and applied research in the form of articles and presentations. Its research activity is not only followed by ongoing complete R&D project reports and studies, but also through publications run by MorphoLogic. Morphologic also distributes Hungarian-English electronic dictionaries that are embedded with support for Microsoft Windows. Electronic versions of Hungarian and English Dictionaries by Morphologic cover general and special vocabularies available with various features and several language translation support protocols. Users can read texts from Hungarian to English with the help of this machine translation program. Automatic translation is provided for users. It also offers MorphoLogic proofing tools like automatic spell, grammar and style checking options as well as features for hyphenating Hungarian texts and provides a synonym search function in Hungarian.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. arpa.exe. is used by Morphologic Szortarak, If you shut down arpa.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
