For Mac OS X, Sony released Readers PRS-300 and PRS-600 which works under 10.7 Lion. The PRS-300 was released in 2009 as a Pocket Edition, an entry level device and the smallest reader from Sony. It has a resolution of 600 × 800 pixels and 8-levels gray scale, and with an internal Memory of 512MB in which 440MB is accessible.
