When are you getting this message? This is typically a message you would see when loading a web page with videos.

Can you try ejecting the movie you were watching and then restart the computer.

Thank you for your reply. I did eject the movie and have restarted my computer several times. I have never downloaded any videos, this was just one I inserted into the DVD player. I usually get the message when I first try to get on line. I have the option to turn it off and I always select that option but then it pops back up again when I restart my computer. I can\'t even navigate and I usually just shut it off at the power button. When I restart it seems to be better then (if I remember correctly). For example I have been on most the evening without any problems. Just the initial start hangs me up and drives me nuts. Thank you!

The message you are getting sounds like a Javascript error. I would recommend conducting three steps: 1. Run a virus/malware scan with whatever internet security software you have installed. If you don\'t have one installed try Avira AntiVirus 2. Make sure your home page is set to the page you want to use. If your home page has been changed and there is a javascript error on this page then this would explain why you see the message every time you load your browser. 3. Reinstall your browser. Uninstall your browser you are using and then reinstall it. This might fix the issue. Hope this helps!

Hi Belinda,

You can let the Internet Explorer to ignore these errors when they occur and not show you an alert about them. Here is the procedure:
  • Open Internet Explorer
  • In the top menu, Click on Tools and then Internet Options
  • Click on the Advanced Tab
  • Find where it says “Disable Script Debugging” and tick the box beside it.
  • Now, Find where it says “Display a notification about every script error” and untick the box beside it.

If you are still getting errors even after disabling them in IE, then it is possible that you have some adware installed and you will need some adware removal software such as Security Reviver

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh
