Hi Srikanth,

I understand your concerns and would like to address them here for you.

As for Malwarebytes and Avast, after adding the necessary exclusions and mark our products as safe, you should not
have further interruptions.

I would have said before that we are working with Malwarebytes and Avast, to fully resolve the problem of false positives. We may want to reinstall the latest version on your computer and check to see if the problems persist. We can certainly help you overcome these conflicts.

Yes, we offer a solution anti-malware also called SecurityReviver. However, it is your decision to try this software or stay with their current supplier of security.

Please note that we are willing to help your concerns and ensure that you have a positive experience with us.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us here.

Best regards,

Ryan

Hi Srikanth,

This detection is often happened which is called "False positive detection".

A false positive is an error in some evaluation process in which a condition tested for is mistakenly found to have been detected. On the other hand, you may have downloaded the file from a company you trust.
For example, you might one day download the latest version of software from a reputable company and see a message on the download page saying “Note: Norton Antivirus currently says this file is malicious, but that’s a false positive. We’re working on fixing it.”

For the meantime, the current solution is to set Driver Reviver to exclusions in your antivirus/anti-malware scan/real-time scan configuration settings.
You can do it in Avast by going to Global exclusions:
Global exclusions refers to excluding files and websites from all scans (on-demand or as scheduled) and active protection shields, which analyze activity of files, applications, and web content in real-time.
  1. Open the Avast user interface, and go to Settings → General. Scroll down to expand the Exclusions section.

  2. Use the tabs to select what kind of item you want to exclude, and then enter or browse for the file path or address.
  3. Click OK to save.
Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
