i like this question 0 Like It Follow	I have my computer for a while, a year or three, but lately he is quite slow. Additionally there is a problem with the battery, which is probably a wrong setting; that problem would be solved by putting back. factory settings I also think there is a lot of malware on my computer, where I am also from same. Therefore, I would like to restore the factory settings, but exactly how that should be me after some searching on the Internet is not yet clear. 	Hi Casper, I\'m not sure what kind of a Lenovo you have, but you should be able to boot up and start tapping the F11 key to enter the recovery mode. You could also try the F8 key to access the Advanced Boot Options and try other options like safe mode, repair installation of Windows and more. I believe there is also a Lenovo One Key Recovery software that comes pre-installed on your computer. Try using this to see if it helps. Good luck, James Add your comment Cancel
