Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.
You can follow the below steps:
1. Empty the Browser's cache and try after that. (Let me know the browser you are using to hep you in emptying your cache.)
If it doesn't work, then
go to "facebook.com/login", which is an older page they don't use any longer.
Instead of freezing or crashing your computer, it will work fine.
