Hi Joaozinho,

This Windows error 0x800F081F generally comes when a file needed for Windows Update is corrupted or missing.

You can follow the below steps to run the DISM tool and try updating it after that.
  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
  2. Enter command prompt in the search box.
  3. In the list of results, press and hold or right-click Command Prompt, and then tap or click Run as administrator. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
  4. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command:
  5. dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

  6. Close the Administrator by typing exit, and then press Enter.
  7. Then try running the Windows Update again.
I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
