Bought ReviverSoft to fix the error code 800736B3 that appears whenever I try to install the update Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932). How to fix this error?

You can follow the below steps to install the update KB976932:
1. Check your System for Corrupted System Files
If any of Windows files become corrupted / damaged weird things can happen on your system, so first scan and see if you have any of these corrupted files on your system. System File Checker scans the system and finds and replaces corrupted system files with the correct one.
Press the Windows + X key, or right-click the Windows icon in your task bar or open start and type CMD, then right-click command prompt and choose Run as Administrator
Now click on Command Prompt (Admin)
Once Command Prompt has started, click the Window, and type SFC /scannow and hit enter
Wait for this process to complete.
If you get a message that everything succeeded then try to run Windows Update again, if you get an error message which contains that corrupted files were found but cannot be repaired then please try to use a Restore Point.
2. Run DISM.exe to solve updating problems
The next thing is to use the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool (DISM), this uses Windows Update to download files needed to fix corruptions on your system To resolve this problem, use the inbox Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool. Then, install the Windows update or service pack again.
Press the Windows + X key, or right-click the Windows icon in your task bar or open start and type CMD, then right-click command prompt and choose Run as Administrator
Now click on Command Prompt (Admin)
Once Command Prompt has started, click the Window, and type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit enter
Wait for this process to complete.
3. Clean Boot
After some time, the amount of programs and services on your computer will reach a high number, which can cause the Windows update issues, therefore have a clean boot.
Press the Windows + R, a Run Window will appear, then type msconfig and hit enter or open start and type msconfig and then click on msconfig
Then chooseSelective Startup
Then make sure only Load System Services is checked.
Now click on the Services tab
Check the box: “Hide all Microsoft Services“
Click the button: “Disable All“
Click on OK and reboot your system when prompted.
Try to apply the Windows Updates again, if it now works then install them all. After you finished this make sure to repeat step 1 above and then choose Normal Startup.
When I connect an external microphone to the jack, it is not working. I can see it in the "Sound" tab, but the levels is very low. I have tried with several microphones.
