00Hi Lisa,
You can call Microsoft Store customer service and they will re-send the Windows key via email to you, but for that you need to provide some information about the order to them.
Don't worry they won't ask for your bank statement information, instead have any of the following info handy:- The email you used a the moment of the order, or where you received your confirmation.
- Your phone number
- Your full name as it appears in the card information you used when ordering.

If you have lost your Microsoft Windows 8 product key, please go to the following website.

Locate and call the phone number for your local region.
You would need to provide your personal information, such as the email address you used, credit card number, etc. and Microsoft support will send you the confirmation email.
After you have got your Microsoft Windows license key, please print it or write it down and store it in a safe place.
