Hi Diwards,

Just to clarify here, are you stating that you are having trouble with your keyboard after installing a new program?

If Yes, have you tried uninstalling that program and restoring the recent changes? You can use the Windows System Restore to do this.

Please include the exact details of the problem, so we can assist you better.

Thanks,

James

Hi Diwards,

You can perform a system restore to check if the newly installed program is crerating the problem.
To do so, refer to
these steps:
  • Access Start Screen
  • Type Restore
  • Choose Create a restore point from the results
  • Click System Restore button
  • Click Next on the opened System Restore box
  • Highlight the desired restore point and click Next
  • Click Finish
  • Confirm your decision by select Yes on the Once started System Restore cannot be interrupted. Do you want to continue box.
This will restore your computer to an earlier date beofre the program was actually installed.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
