Hi Mukesh,

Please follow the below step to resolve your problem:

Step 1:Run SFC (system file checker) scanto fix any corrupt system files
The system file checker (SFC) utility allows administrators to perform a scan of all protected resources to verify that they are the correct version. If SFC should find any incorrect versions in any of these protected resources, SFC will replace them with the correct versions.
You can always run a SFC scan on the windows 7 computer.

To run a SFC scan follow the steps below:
  • Click on start and in the start search bar type cmd, right click on the command prompt icon in the programs area and then click on run as administrator.
  • At the command prompt type sfc /scannow and then press enter.

Step 2:
From the start menu search box type in Change Default Settings for Media or Devices. In the dialog box that opens look under Media, find the type of media that you want to change the AutoPlay setting for. Click the action that you want AutoPlay to take when you insert that type of media into your computer.
Also try manually by selecting  a music track. Go to Start > Computer > right click CD/DVD drive > Open > select a song to play.

Step 3: Use the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

To open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, follow these steps:
  1. Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type control in the Run dialog box, then press Enter.
  3. In the Search box in Control Panel, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting.
  4. Under the Hardware and Sound item, click Configure a device. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password or provide confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Step 4: Reinstall CD/DVD Driver

To reinstall the driver, follow these steps:
  1. Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog box, then press Enter. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
  3. In Device Manager, expand DVD/CD-ROM drives, right-click the CD and DVD devices, and then click Uninstall.
  4. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.
  5. Restart the computer.
After the computer restarts, the drivers will be automatically installed.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh
