Hi Zaki,

Do you remember if you just deleted the shortcut for MS Office Home or if you completely uninstalled the Office suite?

My first suggestion would to be try a repair installation of MS Office Home. Here is a quick guide:

http://office.microsoft.com/fr-fr/access-help/repair-office-programs-HA010357402.aspx

Alternatively, if you are only missing a shortcut, you can always locate the installation folder of MS Office and then create a desktop shortcut from there. You will need to right-click the executable file to see this option.

Hope this helps.

Hi Zaki,

You can always repair the Office application by following the below steps:

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner), and choose Control Panel.
Options and commands list see after pressing Windows logo key + X

3. Click Programs > Programs and Features.
4. Click the Office product you want to repair, and then click Change.
5. In Office 2013 and Office 2016, click either Quick Repair > Repair or Online Repair > Repair. In Office 2010, click Repair > Continue.

If that doesn't work you need to uninstall it and re-install again.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
