Hi Jennifer,
The horizontal blue lines might come because of Display drivers out of date. You can try the below fixes to resolve this problem. Fix 1: You may update the Display driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps.
![]() Fix 2: If there no updated drivers available on the computer manufacturer’s website, then try installing it in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
If issue persist, I suggest you to try the following steps to run DISM scan to check and restore system file corruption:

Thank you for posting your concern's here. I am sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing. Have you tried reinstalling the NVIDIA card of yours? If not, please try to reinstall your NVIDIA card and see if it fixes the problem. If you are installing a new NVIDIA video card, you need to install the specific drivers for that video card in order to work properly.
