Why does PC not launch after attempting to download updates at startup? Asked by Lori Martin 2015/08/09 10:47 Applications
i like this question 0 Like It Follow	The problem started a week ago. PC starts up fine, then when I agree to accept the latest update, it begins to download then the box saying "failure could not launch" The program shuts down and then will not relaunch when I click on the icon to try again... 	Hi Lori, Thank you for contacting us and sorry to hear that you are not able to download update for your PC. 1. Please go to the following link and download Microsoft Update Troubleshooter will be downloaded. http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9830262 2. Run the file and follow the steps in it. 3.
