Hi Sandy,
Thanks for contacting us again. Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue in your Chrome Browser. Firstly, i would like to tell you that Java has removed the support for the applets in Google Chrome Browser version 42 from April 2015 onwards. You can refer the below link for confirmation: https://java.com/en/download/faq/chrome.xml So now you need to confgure your browser to the settings below: Enabling NPAPI in Chrome Version 42 and laterAs of Chrome Version 42, an additional configuration step is required to continue using NPAPI plugins.

Hello Sandy;
Thank you for contacting us, sorry to hear you have that kind of problem. All you have to do is to enable NPAPI BY: 1. Go to you chrome browser and type in the following in address bar: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi and hit enter. 2. Click the enable NPAPI link. 3.
