Since you are specifying that you have lost all your passwords.
Now, the only option left is you need to have the usernames for those passwords.

For eg: 1. To reset your password, enter the email address you use to sign in to Google. This can be your Gmail address, your Google Apps email address, or another email address associated with your account.

2. Go to the Facebook login page and clickForgot your password? or Can't login? in the top right. Fill out the form to identify your account. Select I forgot my password on the next page if prompted. Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account.

To be more safer next time, you can use Password Reviver.
All web passwords are stored securely in Password Reviver and you can access the list of all passwords stored quickly and easily.
To do this click the Web Accounts tab, then scroll down or search until you’ve located a password you’d like to manage.
Click Launch to load that website in your default browser and automatically log in to it.
