Hi Marta, You will need to open the .SPB file using the Kies software from Samsung. You can download it for your Mac from the link below: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSP# Once you have KIES running, you can import the .SPB file and save it (convert it) as a .CSV or .VCF file that can be easily opened using third-party apps or transferred to your phone.
