Hi David,

This error is related to Internet Connection or firewall settings. In this case, mostly error occurred because of network connection. If your Internet is not working, then this error occurs.

Follow the below steps to resolve this error:

1. Using the Command Prompt

• Go to START ->Run and type "cmd" followed by the following commands in the Command Prompt:
• ipconfig /release
• ipconfig /all 
• ipconfig /flushdns 
• ipconfig /renew 
• netsh int ip set dns 
• netsh winsock reset

2. Update Driver Software

• Open RUN (Windows Logo + R) and type “devmgmt.msc” and click OK to open Device Manager.
• Now find and expand Network Adapters.
• Right click on your working network adapter and click Update Driver Software.
• 

• Click on Browse my computer for driver software.
• Select your compatible network hardware and click Next.
• You will see the dialog box of successful driver update. Now reconnect your Internet and see if it works.

Finally, try turning off your router or wireless device for 60 seconds and then Turn the router ON again. This solution resolves most of DNS problems.
