There might be multiple reasons affecting the normal working of Start Menu, so you can try the below fixes to resolve your issue: Fix 1:
Fix 3:
Windows PowerShell window and press Enter key: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} Wait for PowerShell to execute and complete the command. Ignore the few errors (in red color) that may pop up. When it finishes, try hitting Start and hopefully it’ll start working. ![]() Fix 4: Another thing you can try is running the following command in an elevated command prompt, to run the System File Checker.
